Monday - Friday typically 8:00-4:00 Optional hours can be accomodated to suit our client's needs.
Available Saturdays by special request (Additional charge may apply)
Travel & Accomodation:
Travel & Accomodation charges may be applied on final invoice.

Cancellation Policy:
Client Cancellation:
Please note that NO refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:

Cancellations made five(5) or fewer business days prior to the scheduled course date.

Failure to attend("no-shows") on the scheduled training date.
Cancellation by Hannah Health & Safety:
We rarely cancel but sometimes it is necessary - such as low enrollment, instructor illness, or extreme weather. When this happens, clients can choose from:

An alternate course date, or
-
A full refund or credit.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This helps us manage instructor scheduling, course materials and training availability.
