Ladder Safety Training

Ladder safety training recommended for all workers who use ladders. Participants will receive training on fall hazards and general practices to work safely.

Course Content

This course includes a theory and a classroom component. Participants will receive training and be evaluated on the following topics:

● Regulations
● Risks and hazards
● Selection of ladders
● Personal protective equipment
● Ladder inspection
● Inspecting equipment
● Maintenance, storage and care
● Safe Handling

Evaluation

● Written quiz
● Practical evaluation

Deliverables

    ● Laminated wallet card
    ● Record of training

*Travel fees may apply.

Regulation for Construction Projects ss. 78-84 and the Regulation for Industrial Establishments ss. 18-19 and 73.
