Lockout & Tagout Training

Lockout tagout training is recommended for all workers who are required to lockout equipment for maintenance or repair. Participants will receive training on proper lockout and tagout procedures.

This course includes a practical and a classroom component. Participants will receive training and be evaluated on the following topics:

● Roles and responsibilities
● Regulations
● Identification of situations
● Procedures
● Devices for lockout and tagout
● Group lockout
● Personal locks
● Electrical lockout and tagout
● Machinery lockout and tagout
● Hazard identification
● Energy forms

Evaluation

● Written quiz
● Practical evaluation

Deliverables

    ● Laminated wallet card
    ● Record of training
